The UK’s electrical engineering industry is a vital and fast‑growing sector, covering the design, installation and maintenance of the electrical systems that power modern life.
Electrical engineers work across power generation, telecommunications, transport and automation. At TTE, we’re proud to train the next generation through high‑quality, industry‑focused study programmes.
Alongside hands‑on learning, you’ll gain a recognised academic qualification, including maths, health and safety, electrical theory and electronic principles, giving you a strong foundation for your future career.

Progressing onto an apprenticeship
If you’re interested in pursing an apprenticeship, we strongly recommend also applying for a full-time study programme in your chosen specialism.
Throughout the year, when an employer requests an intake of apprentices, we open these opportunities up to our full-time students. If successful, students can seamlessly transfer onto the apprenticeship pathway and continue their qualification with us on a day-release basis. This route allows students to continue their studies while gaining valuable hands-on experience with their new employer.
